Privacy in plain terms
Solavera asks for no registration and loads no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts. We keep personal-data handling limited to the few situations explained here.
Who to ask
solavera.co.uk is published by Solavera, the data controller for the information covered here. Write to hello@solavera.co.uk for privacy matters.
When you contact us
Your address and email content help us respond, on the legitimate-interest basis of answering correspondence. Once the exchange ends, messages are deleted unless a correction requires a retained record.
Keeping the website working
Our hosting provider may keep short-lived connection information, including an IP address, browser type and page request. These records support security, not profiling, and are routinely deleted.
Your device
The notice-dismissal preference is the only saved setting. Our game chooser, clock, session planner and reflection checklist keep no history and send nothing to Solavera. Advertising and tracking cookies are absent.
No data trading
There is no sale, rental or trade of personal details. We disclose information solely when the law obliges us to do so.
Beyond this website
Official stores and support organisations operate separately. Read the destination’s own privacy notice when following one of our links.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask what we hold, request a correction or deletion, and object to relevant processing under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Replies are provided within a month. You can complain to the ICO.
A parent’s request
The journal is for general readers, with no intentional collection of children’s information. Contact us as a parent or carer to request deletion of material a child sent.
